once you have downloaded the file, extract the files and then you copy them on this directory: C:\program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Brushes.

then you open photoshop
-go to brushes
-on the brush size sector press the "down arrow" the one who opens the brush preset picker.
-then press the little arrow (the one that points right)and go to the "why so serious" set.

that's all.
